Terms of Service

These terms apply to zoomfort: the website at zoomfort.com, the inbox at mail.zoomfort.com, the API and the MCP server. zoomfort is run by Chronicle Digital Solutions Limited, a company in Hong Kong ("we", "us"). By using zoomfort you agree to these terms.
Your account
- zoomfort is invite-only. We create your account and send you a one-time setup link.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account, including by the agents and API keys you give access to. Keep your password and keys safe, and revoke a key you no longer trust.
- One account per person or organisation. Do not use several accounts to get around a limit.
What zoomfort does
zoomfort receives email for the addresses you create on your zoomfort subdomain. It does not send email. Your current limits and how long mail is kept are shown in Settings. We may change limits and features over time.
Acceptable use
Do not use zoomfort, or let an agent use it, to:
- create accounts in bulk on other services, or collect sign-up bonuses, free trials, referral rewards or reviews you are not entitled to;
- get around another service's limits, bans or verification;
- commit fraud or phishing, impersonate anyone, or take over accounts that are not yours;
- receive mail meant for someone else without their permission, or harass anyone;
- receive or store anything illegal, including child sexual abuse material;
- attack, overload or probe zoomfort, or get around its limits.
When we act
If we believe an account breaks these terms, or puts zoomfort's addresses or other users at risk, we may limit it, freeze it (sign-in and API keys stop and new mail is not delivered), suspend it or close it. Where we can, we tell you why first. If we close an account for breaking these terms, we do not refund what you paid.

Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time by writing to hello@zoomfort.com. Closing an account deletes its mail. Its subdomain and addresses are never given to anyone else.
No warranty
zoomfort is provided as it is. Mail can be delayed, refused by our limits or lost, and a verification code can arrive too late. Do not rely on zoomfort as the only way to reach an account that matters to you. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may change these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date. If you keep using zoomfort after that, the new terms apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction.
